This Data Card Reader is designed to read the Encore SmartCard Data Cards used in many older Respironics CPAP and BiPAP machines including all M-Series machines and older Encore enabled REMstar machines. I can't seem to get the drivers that are on the Encore Pro software to load so that it recognizes the SmartCard reader. After the first installation of Encore Pro (and I thought the SmartCard reader) it would state "Can't connect to the device".
